Laptops

Five Dell laptop computers are available for student use within Marquand. Each computer has an external disk drive, a CD-ROM drive, a mouse and mousepad, and may be used with the ethernet connections at every carrel and table. Laptops must be returned to the front desk before closing.

Ethernet cords and wireless cards are available for use within Marquand. Ask at the front desk, and be prepared to leave your student ID as security. [Wireless options for short-term visitors: see this page.]

Want to print from your laptop to a Marquand Pharos station? You must be attached to the Princeton network for this to work (including wireless connections): see the Office of Information Technology's page to get started. Note: you only need to install the printer once; it will be listed as a printer on your laptop from that point on.
